About Lorraine Squires

I use hypnotherapy as a gateway to beneficial change, helping clients to create the right conditions for personal growth and development. The success of any therapy depends on the rapport built between therapist and client. I am experienced in listening to and helping clients to find the best solution for their particular issue. I use a solution focused therapy which is tailor made to the individual. This enables clients to find ways to move forward as quickly as possible, without the need for long term psychotherapy, analysis or counselling.

I am a Fully Qualified and Insured therapist, and a member of the Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (APHP).
APHP is an exclusive body, based in the UK but with world-wide membership, dedicated to maintaining a high standard of professionalism amongst its members. Members may only join either via invitation where each member is individually interviewed, or by training by an accredited hypnotherapy school.

I am also a member of The Hypnotherapy Association and The National Council of Psychotherapists (NCP)

I was trained by Stephen Wilson at The Kent Institute of Clinical Hypnosis at Benenden Hospital, under the supervision of Terence Watts (author of the best selling Warriors Settlers and Nomads publication) Stephen is the founder of Depression UK and Silent Cry.

I have qualifications in Depression, Stress, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, OCD, Self Harm, Cognitive Hypnotherapy, and Diplomas in Analytical Hypnotherapy and in Clinical Hypnotherapy.
